Based on what I have read here, it seems like a lot invest in multifamily properties which are maintenance/management extensive from what I understand. Office condos on the other end are less on maintenance and turn over. So curious as to why not many investors aren't into Office Condo investment. If it is just about finding the right deal, multifamily prop isn't any easy to find. So curious why many are inclined towards multifamily properties?
So here are my questions
We own a SFH rental and know the expenses involved in it. Can someone share insights into what expenses commercial office condo entail once we own it?
For Cashflow, how would commercial office condos compare to multifamily properties?

Newbie Investor. Goal is Cash flow. With all the crazy home sale prices & property taxes along with other expenses in Austin, Tx area, the cashflow doesn't seem to be possible anymore, unless I am missing something. Couple of questions,
1) Are there any RE investment opportunities (MultiFamily) in Austin and surrounding areas for cash flow? If so, how should I go about finding these, don't see any in zillow. Is realtor MLS, the only way to find them?
2) What are the other potential cities that would fetch good cash flow?
Thanks

Couple of questions on HELOC in Texas.
1. In Texas can we use HELOC on primary residence to buy investment properties?
2. In Texas, can we use HELOC on investment properties to buy more investment properties? OR somehow use the investment property a collateral for a loan.
