I am a new investor looking to get my first rental property preferably a duplex, triplex or 4plex. As an engineer for the Air Force, I enjoy my job and coworkers but I’ve have always hated the idea working for somewhere else. I am completely new and don’t know much about Real Estate investing but committed everyday to learn and achieve my Goals. I am humbled and happy to be a member of bigger pockets and look forwarded to learning a lot from this beautiful community. I would appreciate any advice, tips or anything that helps me reach my Goal Of getting my first rental property. I am interested in getting a mentor and help Bring value to them. For folks who have or had mentors how did you come across one and what type of value did you provide to them?
