Farakh Zaman , one small piece of advice- get comparison insurance quotes from other insurance agencies than USAA. They are a good place to start but check out insurance agencies local to the area you are investigating.

Chargebacks are a concern for PayPal. I believe PayPal users can contest a charge up to 180 days after purchase. And PayPal has a rep for always siding with the company consumer.
