HI Sarah I see that you are recently licensed I was thinking of taking the course myself. Not really to become an agent but just to learn real estate and be more informed on market trends.. vacancy rates.. rental prices. I see there are other perks to being licensed aswell so perhaps it's better to go through whole process If I where to take course?

Hello BP my name is Craig and  my goal Is to create passive Income purchasing a duplex to rent to start. I have minimum real estate experience and I am looking to learn more before committing to purchase. Year's back  I cleared debt/saved/ purchased no money down course and learned from It being I had no prior experience. Was also reading up on market and while Idle and Invested In an Index fund because I did not pull trigger on real estate. Also gained some experience being part owner of house with siblings that was not a great experience but a lesson. And In addition to that I owned a landscaping company 4yrs that was also a lesson. Would also like opinions on taking real estate agent exam to gain knowledge and perhaps save commission. Thanks
