Has anyone participated in Hunter Thompson's Cash Flow Connections Mentorship Program? Hunter has a podcast that contains a lot of high level information on multifamily and commercial investing. Up to this point, I have only invested in single family homes and duplexes. I would like to level up and learn more about investing in commercial properties (apartments, self-storage, senior living facilities etc.). I am not very familiar with structuring syndication deals either and would like to learn more. If anyone has participated in the CFC mentorship program, please chime in and let me know what was covered in the course and if you got a lot out of the course.

Hi Adeel, we have lots of great property management companies and their fees will vary based on the company and amount of homes they are managing for you. Crestcore is good and has been mentioned above. I can also recommend LECO Property Management (Bert Less) and Home River Group (David Sehar).
I am an investor and closing attorney here in Memphis.

Would you be willing to do any rehab on a house? If you are using an agent to find a $50,000 house, then it likely will be in more of a C neighborhood than a B and rent should be in the $600-$700 range. The PM companies here are very experienced with out of state investors and seem to have good overall reviews. Check out Crestcore (@Dean Harris above) Leco realty, and Reedy and Co. you should always interview a few different PM companies.
