I agree with previous commenters about doing a live in flip/extended BRRRR. After doing this 5-10 times over the next decade you will be amazed at how far your financial situation has grown. Best of luck

@Spencer Gregory I mentioned this a couple days ago to someone else but if you are wanting to learn about BRRRR (like me!!) I've been listening and checking out what the Collecting Keys podcast guys do. I havent pulled the trigger yet on anything and am still in the learning stage but just finding good resources to trust can be hard. This place is great though as there are a lot of them here! Check out the podcast tho! Best of luck!!

Yes flip it. You could move out of it then refi and rent. If you want to build up more capital then flip or if you want passive income rent it out. Either way I would find a house that you can update and utilize low DP

I would do a live in flip. Get a conventional loan for 5% down. Since you are in construction you can rehab the place and flip. Do this a couple times and then you can roll the funds into more deals

Hello I'm new to biggerpockets and was looking for advice on the best way to get into real estate based on my situation because I'm 21 and work 80 plus hours a week of construction and I don't mind it but investing and building wealth to finical freedom seems more appealing, so I was wondering how I should go about it like getting into LTR or STR
Thanks man! I’ll look more into everything
Thank you for the info!
I was wanting to get into wholesaling and had a few questions
Should I start an LLC or try and get a deal without first?
Should I start with instate or just try out of state?
Should I try and find a mentor before even trying on my own?
