Hey Forrest,
I am a broker for distressed properties in the Denver area, also from Boulder and starting to invest myself.
Besides BP, I like Donny Coram’s Podcast ‘Foreclosure Deals Coach’! Has a ton of info, episode 33 talks about what renovations yield return and which ones don’t. Worth the 30 minutes or so if your about to Flip a house.
Plenty of good podcasts out there, but haven’t taken a class personally, so I can’t recommend anything in that area.
