Hey Ryan. I’m still working with clients and most of my contractors or contractors I know are working. A good chunk won’t work with others / won’t work at all.

Definitely slowed down, but I still see movement here.

What’s your specific concern ?

You’ve put an offer in and don’t think it will go though ?

This what my most recent list looks like. 1.)Demolition main floor / bathroom /chimney. ~~4/5days 2.)Framing, vaulting , insulation 1 week. 2b)~same time electrical~~ 2C)HVAC. 2-3 days 3.)Drywall / taping. Painting.1 week.. 3B.)Same time bathrooms x2. (2week) 4)Flooring. Kinezi. 2 days. Hardwood. 4B)Same time basement laminate. 5.)Kitchen install. + counters. 4/5 days. ~~~~~~~~~~~ 5 weeks.

-Can I start off by stating I use the mobile app - I’ve been searching for a post or something previously discussed on the site. If In essence, for the experienced flippers. Do you have a time line, or “critical path” that you use when flipping. I’ve done it different ways, however really looking to maximize speed on the flips and amp up the volume we can do. I’d like to point out we almost exclusively do bungalows. ( sometimes back or side splits )

Thanks for sharing Shawn ! Could you clarify. The purchase price was $120,000 and sale price was $208,000. It says somewhere 208k and 208k. Thanks.
