Billy its tough to find any cashflow around here, you can but, its a needle in a haystack. In Tacoma or Auburn you can find some stuff but, still most doesn't cashflow. This is the reason we are investing in rentals out of state and just flipping locally.

Hi we are looking to purchase a multi-family in Indianapolis and potentially create an LLC in Indiana to hold it in. I am looking for referals to good lawyers that do multi's and commerical in the area, that can help with contract review and ownership structure.
