I went to Terrie O'Connor Real Estate School in Ramsey and had a good experience. My instructor was knowledgeable and did her best to make the content interesting. The preparation worked as I passed my test :) I would definitely recommend them. Here's the link:

Looking back on your career, what 3 things would you advise a rookie agent to do/be in order to be successful??

This was a great thread, I got a lot of kind ideas on how to keep tenants happy. I especially loved the idea about the garden!! I would definitely want to call a community like that home :) @Marcia Maynard

I'm in NJ but a CT native eventually looking to invest in my home state. Good to know there's someone well versed in construction when the time comes :)
