Post: Stessa Issue with Connected Accounts

This is messy, but try to bear with me:
I have two Stessa Accounts: one for my personal properties(account "S1") and another for properties held in a partnership (account "S2").
I have two separate bank accounts (account "B1" and "B2") at the same institution.
I have the same property manager ("Horizon") for the partnership and most personal properties. I have a second property manager for a property held personally in another location ("Hammond")
Personal Stessa, S1, connects to Hammond, no problem. It connects to Horizon occasionally and will catch itself up from the last time it connected. It used to, but it no longer connects to Bank 1. I have to import transactions manually.
Partnership Stessa, S2, used to but no longer connects to Horizon. It also used to, but no longer connects to Bank 2.
I've had these accounts for the past 4ish years, and this is a relatively new issue within the past 9 months. I reached out to Stessa, and they told me the engineers are looking at it but have no timeline for resolving it. I've been manually entering everything, but it is getting to the point where I'm considering moving my books elsewhere.
Mainly, my question(s) is: Has anyone else experienced this? Have you been able to resolve it? If so, how?

Quote from @Brian Piechocki:
I grew up in Huntsville. A friend of mine who still lives there said he couldn't believe how many houses are currently for rent in 5 points and Old Town. Any chance it's oversaturated with rentals because of the tremendous growth and press? I have no doubt the properties will appreciate over time though. Great city

Mike, if you don't mind me asking, where is the thousand oaks meet up? I'm in the San fernando Valley near the Simi Valley border and wouldn't mind driving.
Best
David
@Mike Robb let me know when/where the Camarillo one is and I’ll do my best to make it!
@Tony Clark runs a Thousand Oaks meeting. It’s at Tarantula Hill, 6pm first Monday of the month.

I have a rental property in Huntsville, AL, and I would be happy to recommend a good property management company. I'm not sure if I am allowed to post their contact information here, but I'd be happy to give it to you if you want to reach out to me directly. Although I am a realtor, I do not do property management.

Hey Tony! I know Mike Robb was a few years ago. Not sure if he still is, but you might reach out to him. :)

Quote from @Bill B.:
I would hope you would tell your story over and over for all the people that talk of making $2,000 claims.
Personally with 12 properties over 24 years (288 property years) I’ve made 2 x $30k claims for toilet supply line failures with Allstate. They were a pleasure to work with arranging the work, paying the vendors and even suing one supply manufacture and returning my deductible, even though they didn’t get all their money back. At the same time I’ve eaten a couple thousand dollar water damage event and an approximately $5k tenant damage at move out. I figure this saves me with lower deductibles and an insurer that does the math on how few claims I make.

Thanks everyone. I ended up going to a broker who has one “possible” company that “might” insure me, otherwise I was going to have to go through a State program. Luckily, that company did and I’m officially insured! I appreciate all the insight.
