Thanks for your responses, we're going to self manage for now!

@Adam Tafel thanks for your response! I also found other posts about Evolve on the BP forum after doing more searching. I'm new the the platform so I'll do more searching next time prior to posting. I think we're going to give this a shot on our own first since it is our first STR and we're purchasing a home literally across the street, it will be convenient to be more hands on as we are just getting started!

For our STR we started on Airbnb, we've gotten some initial bookings, we were considering also listing with VRBO but the services Evolve seems to offer seems good for passive management vs. actively managing completely on our own.
