Hi,
I’ve personally rented out my investment townhome you ALE Solutions and never had a problem. I would highly suggest renting to them. Also, if the tenants pet is an issue for you keep in mind you’ll be receiving a security deposit from ALE so the damages will be covered

I recently was told by one of my clients, that I was getting a lot of referrals because of my looks . I was a little taken back by his comment , because I thought my clients choose me because of my proven history of getting results. Is it wrong to use your "looks" to gain an advantage over you competitors? If yes, do you think there is a disadvantage to being attractive?

Hello Everyone! My name is Stacy Cannaday, I am a licensed real estate agent in the Chicagoland area. I am really excited about being a member of the BP community and have seen a lot of benefits from becoming a member a couple of days ago. I am looking forward to learning a lot of valuable information, making connections and hopefully closing some deals! If anyone needs any help in analyzing markets, property management and buying and selling , I am more than willing to share the information /services I have available. So, don't be shy and say hi! (I know the last line was corny, but I had to do it!)

Hello, Every post I read is absolutely right about investing in condos. They seem like a good investment until a special assessment comes along, and tries to charge you 10,000 to fix the foundation of the building. I would start with a cheaper condo, one that you would mind if you took a hit.
