Great to know Max, as I’ve never looked into Georgia, though it is where I am based. In Alabama, it used to be as easy as searching the county sites for tax deed properties that were left over after the in person auctions. Now it seems you put in for a quote and never hear anything back. Has this been your experience as of late? Curious to know how you are getting to the other side and actually getting a quote back to purchase the certificate or deed (in AL that is).

Thanks in advance for sharing and hope you are enjoying this cool yet sunny GA weather!

-Stacy

Hi Max. I was actively searching a couple of years ago when I began considering them in addition to rentals. I’d love to connect on your thoughts about the opportunity today.

Tax Properties - Only Serious Inquiries Please. First come, first served!

My husband and I invest in AL & GA and have 2 tax deeds for sale. You will be purchasing the TAX DEED which entitles you to gain access to the property, take possession and rent it out. You will likely need to make improvements to the homes before renting them out. The properties are being sold  "AS-IS". For this reason, we are willing to sell them at a discounted rate. Whether you choose to buy and hold for rentals or flip them down the line (after filing for the title), a profit is inevitable.

Please Note - You CANNOT SELL THIS PROPERTY until you file for a quiet title. THESE PROPERTIES HAVE EQUITY, SO ONCE YOU FILE FOR THE QUIET TITLE, YOU CAN SELL IT OR CONTINUE TO USE IT AS A RENTAL PROPERTY.

**When you purchase a deed from us, we will include tax consultation services to help you with additional questions and even help you gain the title and ownership. Please note - purchasing the TAX DEED GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO POSSESSION AND YOU CAN RENT THIS PROPERTY OUT. WE SUGGEST MAKING THE NECCESSARY REPAIRS TO ENSURE RENTERS WILL BE COMFORTABLE. IF YOU WANT TO SELL IT OR TAKE OUT AN EQUITY LOAN, YOU WILL NEED TO APPLY FOR THE TITLE, WHICH YOU CAN DO AFTER 3 YEARS OF POSSESION, AND IN SOME CASES, MUCH SOONER.

@Greg Gaskill

My husband and I invest in AL. We have 3 tax deed quotes that we will gladly reassign for a fee. You don't own the property outright, but you do get access to the home (possession) which entitles you to take possession and put a renter in it. Send me a message if you are interested.
