Hi, We are rehabbing a 3 family (3000sf) in East Boston  that will require a sprinkler system (sprinklers and fire alarm).  Can anyone provide an approx. price for budget purposes.  Thanks!

Post: What is the best REI book to read?

The first book I read was "Flip-How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit" by Rick Villani and Clay Davis.  It is a simple, easy to read, and provides the basic foundation for what you need to know to get started.  I've since read many, many, many other books but still refer back to the first book for reference.

I'm also an investor/agent and also struggled deciding what type of agency would be the best fit--especially because I continued to be an active investor.  I decided to join up with an investor friendly agency where all the agents are also investors.  Is that an option to check out in your area?
