not that this answers your question but being in sales I can tell you that some commissioned jobs have a guaranteed commission structure.... ex. $1000 a month if you overdrive your quota you get more than that ,if you under perform you get less but you still get a check but it might only be 700 or 800 hundred 

Hi I am new to bigger pockets and excited to be here . I recently inherited a house from my mother who passed in March. I have gone back and forth on what to do with it . The house needs some improvements . No shower in place and maybe some new siding (siding was new in the 70s).  The house values around 70k . 

At first I was going to hold and fix a little (shower ) and rent , then I decided I want to rehab landscape , put a new fence up make it more valuable and sell.

any one have any thoughts on what is the best thing to do .
