700 - 720. 720 is more reasonable

Right so FICO is still the hurdle lol. I have yet to find a lender who is flexible

I'm wholesale, but we can do 15% down at 740, if you have a preferred broker!
Maybe I typed it incorrectly, but I can't do 740 unless I don't get a hard pull for the next idk 2-3 years lol
