Hey all, I once live in St. Pete Florida and loved it. I would like to move back across the country and get into STR rentals. In your personal experience, where are the most STR friendly cities in Florida? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hello all, I am new to the STR world. My business partner runs a successful Airbnb management company in Canada and we are wanting to expand that in Florida. Does anyone have any insight on markets in Florida that are good for STR or where to begin in this search? I love Saint Petersburg, I used to live there and would like to again but I've heard it isn't STR friendly. Have any of you found that to be the case or not so much? Any feedback on honing down the right market in Florida would be greatly appreciated!
