Forget the day trading. You'd have about the same chances going to vegas.

Hi Madison. There's some great ideas here. You can also turn unused space in out-buildings, etc into storage to lease your tenants. And offer "upgrades" to the property for a fee.

You should really consider paying off your credit card debt, ASAP. You'll most likely be paying at least 14% for that money. So by paying it off you're making a 14% return.

Sounds like you're asking for trouble with this one. Why not find a tenant that doesn't come with so much risk?

It looks like at least one of these services (Real Books) is giving a 404 error. Maybe they bit the dust already? Hopefully it's just a glitch.

The best thing to do is keep your print runs low, try a few different designs and see what works best for you. One trick direct marketers use is to alter one bit of contact info (like a box #, or phone extension). That way they can track the performance of their campaigns.

Good luck!

Are you serious? That's a pretty lousy thing to do to an old lady about to go to a nursing home!

Hi everyone. I just found your forum while researching the REI field.

I'm wondering, is it common for investors to have a variety of holdings, (ie: a mix of notes, rental property, rehabs), or do most people specialize in one area?

Thanks
Starr
