@Tim Herman haha thanks. I would be doing the snow removal for the winter myself and managing the property  myself since i live close by.

I'm curious what is the minimum CF and COCR you aim for if you don't mind me asking?

Greetings all,

I’m just trying to get use to the rental calculator for when i actually find a deal.

Practice makes perfect right?

I would greatly appreciate some feedback from my analysis to make sure I’m not missing anything or if my numbers are incorrect.

Also i would love feed to know what you guys look for when analyzing a small MF.

Thank you in advance!

Oh ok thanks @Tim Herman

Hey everyone,

Newbie here, I’m still in the learning phase of my Real estate journey but i would to start connecting with agents now. I am hoping to be ready to pull the trigger on a deal later this year (wishful thinking) on a multifamily in Brooklyn New York preferably.

My question is it too early to start looking for agents now?

I know i won't be a priority to them at the moment but i would like to start at least forming relationships or at least start receiving MLS listings so i can analyze some multifamily deals in my area.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

@Levi Rudder thanks for the advice i will definitely add you on FB

Hey everyone newbie here,

Im currently thinking about starting my RE adventures in Brooklyn NY with a rental property. Im looking for a willing agent who would to help me get started on my journey. I want to be 100% transparent so i don't waste anyone time and Im hoping to get the same energy back.

My goal is to buy my first property this year so any referrals will be much appreciated.
