I’m just trying to get use to the rental calculator for when i actually find a deal.

Practice makes perfect right?

I would greatly appreciate some feedback from my analysis to make sure I’m not missing anything or if my numbers are incorrect.

Also i would love feed to know what you guys look for when analyzing a small MF.
