Hi everyone, great to meet you all! Right now I’m looking into FL since that’s where I grew up and my family still lives. I agree that picking the right area and submarket is key, which is one of the reasons I kept dragging my feet. Thank you for the resource Leslie.

Hi Nader, I’m not really focused on the market in SF due to cost and tenant laws. Prices are coming down a bit here, but inventory at a good price point is still quite competitive. I’m not too sure otherwise.

Hello, I joined a few months ago but am finally getting around to posting. New to Real Estate, though I've been a long-time onlooker and researcher.

Just moved to San Francisco though I grew up in Gainesville, FL. Still figuring out what area/s to focus on, though I have some ideas. See you around the forum!

Stephanie :)

Hi Marco, i know this is a very old post but I am wondering if you would be willing to share what you used (info removed) or if you have since come up with a generic gap funding contract you would be willing to share? Thanks!
