Hey Brandon, 

I'm actually brokering a multi-family deal in Bristol right now.  The area still rents well if that is your concern.  It is definitely a town that needs good property management in place to make sure you are getting the best tenants in to begin with.

Hi Mike, 

If you want to interview around, my company has a specific Multi Family Division here in CT.  We closed over 500 units just in Hartford alone last year and we have a large reach in the New Haven County area and the rest of the state as well.
