Hi Stephano, congratulations on your full time job, and welcome to BP. Great place to network, have you been to any REIA meetings, or meet ups? There are a lot in South Florida and another great resource to connect with investors and others involved in real estate. Purchasing a property in the next 10-12 months is a great goal.
