Here are two investor friendly lenders you can use. I can't give you their contact info in this forum, but you can easily google them and get that. Please tell them I sent you to them.

Lima One Capital & Secured Investment Lending

As far as finding good deals, including small MF, I can help. Talk to me after the meeting on Tuesday and I'll explain further.

If you are looking for great deals with appreciation, Florida is where you should look.

Here is an article from Forbes that states that Tampa and Orlando (where I'm at) is great investments.

Why? As long as the seller gets what they want, it's none of their business what you do with the property.

My question to you 'northners' is do you have tax deed auctions? What about pre-foreclosures? What about probate? What about vacant houses? This is the best way I find discounted houses. I'm sure that every area has them, you just have to go after them and NOT do what every other investor is doing. Then when you get a good deal wholesale it!!

@Account Closed you may think this is an old way of doing things but it is still VERY EFFECTIVE. Why change something THAT IS NOT BROKEN!!

@Kevin Siedlecki I mean wholesaling. I've been doing 'it' for 17 years, first in St. Louis Missouri and now in Orlando FL.

I've been doing it for 17 years with no problems. You just have to know how to do it right.
