Yes, I plan on attending meetings soon. I would like to start a group soon though before interest rates go up. 

One suggestion would to use that money and invest into M1 Finance. Use the platform to save up money safely in a monthly manner. Along with it growing in value through dividends and appreciation. You can also join real estate groups. I have been working with a private investment company for a year now so I am trying to start one now within Long Beach and surrounding areas. I hope this helps. 

Hello, what is the deal you are offering and what is the market you are investing into? 

I have been working with a private real estate investment company for a year now. I want to create a team of investors and other professionals with different backgrounds. The team will eventually buy and manage a portfolio of properties within the area as we grow. 

I want to start a Private Investment Group within Long Beach and surrounding area.
