Hello All,

I'm new to BP but not to real estate. I started working in property management in the SF Bay Area back in 2002, and shortly after I left in 2005 I purchased my very first property, a 4-plex in Campbell, CA with my family. Since then I've bought 2 additional rentals (1 in my self-directed IRA), and 2 additional primary residence.

I'm currently looking to network and share ideas for purchasing additional 1 to 4 unit rentals across the US and curious what markets you're looking at now. Also, what strategies do you recommend for setting up LLC's for a buy and hold strategy, best ways to get additional financing using the LLC, etc as this is a first for me, using other's money to invest.
