Hey brandon,

Recommend working with an agent who works closely with GCs, has experience in flipping and knows these neighborhoods inside and out.

Hey @Mario Martinez

Recommend working with an agent, who is also an investor with personal relationships and experience with reputable contractors so more than one individual is holding them accountable and can attest to their reputation or reliability.

Hey there,

Sounds about right due to todays rates and inflated prices but recommend working with an agent who is experienced in house hacking. There are little tricks and secrets to getting around this.

What are ways that you are seeing to get around? Putting more down?

Hey there,

Recommend working with an agent who is proficient in rehabbing properties and can walk the property for you or send a virtual tour. They can then get verbal estimates from their preferred contractors based on those virtual tours.

Hey there,

Once financing is solidified, which will be just about the same process, make sure you work with an agent who has experience in house hacking.

Hey there,

Working with agents who are also investors and have experience in rehabbing properties could make things much easier. They can provide virtual tours, get you verbal estimates from preferred contractors and act as your project manager at no cost at all!
