If you're looking for off market deals in the Austin area or up in Killeen/ Bell county area I'd love to help. I can provide around 30-40 distressed properties per month in the hottest markets in Texas.
Are you a beginner and looking for an easy cosmetic flip? I get plenty.
Are you a seasoned flipper and no distressed property scares you? I have what you want.
Are you a builder looking to build on a lot? I've already found what you want.
Are you looking to build that rental portfolio? I got a 10 plex ready for you right now.
Are you ready to kill it this year? I am too.
Lets connect and lets make 2021 your best year yet.

Hey @Alyssa Markowitz welcome to the great city of Austin! With Austin's higher price points cash flow does seem to be difficult to come by, buy not to say there arnt any hidden gems in the area. Also Killeen is ideal for some easy rentals because of the friendly price points and the abundance of tenants because of the military base there. I'd be more than happy to connect and help you locate your perfect rental!

Hey @Christopher Oliva If its just some slight settling it shouldn't be to big of a problem to just get it fixed quick and easy. Definitely wouldn't want to stress about selling it, especially if you're looking for a long term rental. And if you do fix it while its cheap, down the line you'll probably make your money back if not more because the new buyer/owner will know the foundation is solid/fixed and would be willing to pay more.

Hey everyone I just wanted to start a conversation on what yall's forecast on the Austin market will be in the coming 2021. What specific areas of Austin and the surrounding markets are yall keeping yalls eyes on? We all know the Austin market is boiling and with all these big tech companies coming to town the heat will only turn up. Or will it? What do yall think will be happening in the area over the next year or two? Thanks in advance for all yalls comments.

Hey @Nate Ziegler, I agree with @Kimmy Taft in start saving up and learn how to analyze deals. Start to understand the numbers that are part of a standard real estate deal.
Your Price points, rehabs, ARV, holding cost, PITI, NOI, Cap rates etc..
But mostly I would say is start finding people with your same mind set. With Covid going around meet ups aren't as prominent, but online groups in Facebook and Bigger pockets are your next best bet. You need to be around people with the same goals as you do. If you hang around people who are doing what you want to do, then naturally you will eventually follow suit.
