Congratulations Jake! It's inspiring to know that it is possible to ditch the W2 with a lot of hard work and thanks for posting this, they are nice to read for motivation when things get difficult.

@Danny Szczotka I can't say I have seen any slowdown in my area. I agree with you about prices though. I've only been paying attention to prices in Salt Lake since December but they have definitely gone up steadily.
