Welcome!  I'm eager to see what you do in Philly.  I lived in francisville for about 5 years.  There's a lot of development going on there right now.

I love how you see opportunity in what most people would consider to be a nightmare of a situation.  Please keep checking in with your progress.  I'm excited to see how it works and what goes into having the houses lifted.

I'm a mechanical engineer in South Jersey (from Pa) and I'm trying my hand at REI. My interest started after hearing a podcast with the landgeek while I was looking for some side hustle opportunities. Since then I've been reading up on raw land investments on REtipster.com and I'm gearing up for my first direct mail campaign.

Like everyone else, my long term goal is financial freedom and some passive income.  I've always aspired to be an entrepreneur so I'm thrilled to actually make a go at it.  So glad I found this community!
