I am looking to see if there are some contractors out there that would walk a property with me and let me pepper them with questions. Anyone know of some guys/gals in cinci or nky?

Good afternoon from Cincinnati. I’m looking for a like minded partner to resume my real estate journey with. Someone that shares high energy and passion for the area and plans on being around for as long as they can foresee. I need some help locating properties and networking in the area.

Wondering if anyone knows of hard money lenders or private lenders in the area? Would love to start talking to a few and building some relationships.

Also if anyone has had some success with local banks, I would appreciate it as I have some national banks I partner with but looking to scale a bit faster.

I wonder if anyone could help me with some pointers or questions on interviewing hard money lenders, banks for financing or refinancing investment properties.

If you also know of a book that addresses this specifically, or a thread, I want to be prepared for my first brrrr and want to have a few lenders in my pocket if nothing more than for confidence.

So, if my BiggerPockets friends and colleagues could help, having questions so that I can call and filter HML and banks to refinance to build a list. I know I am missing a lot of questions outside the main ones.
