I'm going to start looking for a investment property today

The problem is this is a buy and hold, But I will pay back $110,000.00 for a 1 week rental of the $100,000.00

I only need to borrow the money for 2-4 weeks

I am trying an infinite return strategy but need $100K to make it work Can pay $10K for renting to make it work 

Yes I have one. COGO I paid a non refundable fee of $197.00 Only to find out bad the deal was. Not including the $197.00 It was over $8,000 just to get the loan. I was not happy with the deal. So now I have an offer on a property that I don't have the cash to close on if they except my offer. I need an investor who would like to here about the deal and work out a deal with me.

My properties are only available in El Paso for now. In about 6 months I hope to expand to other areas in Texas, New Mexico and other states.
