I have a friend moving to Monroe, NY in Orange County and they asked to get referrals for safe areas for a single mother and child. Any input would be appreciated.

@Gabe Meikle Right now I'm going old school credit card / bank statements and receipts. Pretty much (NOT MUCH) of a system. Would be great to check it out. Based on what RentRedi does I think it's pretty awesome and will most likely be pulling the trigger on this for a simpler management system.

@Eric Barnett Was hoping someone answered as I am looking into their software also. Seems like it's more property management and not accounting based to keep records for tax purposes.

I was actually going to do the same just last week on a property in Schuylkill County till I saw the transfer tax bill.
