Hello! I been learning about real estate and I want to begin my journey into it! I was looking up different ways to finance a rental property but it appears that a lot of the low money down loans require you to live at the Property. Anyone have some advice on good ways to finance without having to live at the property?

Hello everyone! I am trying to use the calculator to see some of the properties that I want to invest in are good investments but I really don't really know where to go to find out those type of information! (I.E. Taxes, ARV, Insurance, Water/Sever) where do I go about finding out this information?

I'm just curious as to why you are supposed to hide that you are the House owner or it's bad to live in that home?

I have tried to use the Event's meet up page but it appears that the only meet ups near the New Jersey area are in New York. Does anyone know any meet ups happening in New Jersey?
