Hello, everyone!

My name is Steven and I'm 20 years old and I want to get into REI! I used to never like to read books or really do anything besides what the "norms" are, which is "go to school, earn a degree, get a job, blah". Once I finally actually picked up a book and started reading, I start to see the light and the knowledge I can obtain through it. I got into wanting to Invest in Real Estate as one of my parent's friends flip houses and also after reading "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down!". I can't wait to get started and begin this journey and would love some tips from you all! Thanks!

Great jobs starting early. I strongly recommend house hacking and reading two books a month.
