Great question Carlos! 

I'm not a PM (investor and lender only) but have worked with a couple of PM's in the past and they are usually great at managing LTRs and even MTRs, but local PM's to that area (not nationally branded ones) struggle with managing STR's. This is just from my limited experience. I understand there is added difficulty to managing STRs for PMs that usually manage LTRs. I would be interested in hearing success stories and or how your friendly neighborhood PM company adds value to their STR market!
