Thanks Evan unfortunately I’ll be in ft Myers Florida but can possibly make some in the future. 

West Texas Exteriors did good work for us several years ago.  Really depends on what siding job you are planning on.  Seamless siding we always hired out but hardie board or board on bat we just did our self.

Hello everyone!!!!  I thought I would take a moment and introduce myself since I have been lurking on here for awhile but mainly on the podcasts.  I have been a bit overwhelmed with all the info that is available but a good overwhelmed.  I like the stresses of challenges as a former Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and currently a senior leader with the Department of Homeland Security.  

I started this journey because I just received a promotion that will require me to live in the DFW area part time and while i was researching places to live (rentals or apartments) I stumbled across this website.   I have done a complete (down to studs) remodel where 95% of the work I did and we used the profits from that house to use as a down payment for our home here in Lubbock, Texas.  

 My goals is to fund my youngest daughters college fund, create some passive income, become financially independent, and conquer whatever challenges that may/will occur.  

I also wanted to thank all those that make this place possible as I have learned a ton just through the podcasts and webinars.  I drive a lot and it is easy for me to listen to 7-10 podcasts/audio books a week.
