What were the drawbacks you encountered? What did you not like about the service/experience? What could have been done better?
I want to create a similar service to help investors generate leads, and want to avoid some of the negatives that you guys have encountered when either finding/training your own VA or going through a hiring/management company.

Thank you for the reply, lots of great info I did not know on the lending side of things. I am actually interested in virtual assistants, not VA loans. I apologize if my question was not very clear.
