Hey guys,

I'm looking at purchasing a new home, I have little to no experience rehabbing (Not really a handyman either, but I'm keen to learn). I've done a bit of painting and that's about it.

Is it wise to purchase a distressed house and do a BRRRR strategy?

Any of you guys out there did a rehab for your first home and learnt on the job?

Thanks

Storm

Thanks again

Hey guys,

I have a seller who won't budge on the price. At the price he wants, the numbers won't work for me. Was wondering if you had any tips to bring him down to a reasonable price that'll work for both of us?

Thanks

Storm
