I am looking for a property manager or handyman that can help me manage a small portfolio of SFRs in this city in SW PA.  I own rentals in PGH and north of the city but this is our first portfolio this far south (about 45 minutes south of downtown).  We use our own management software but need someone local to help with repairs and tenant relations.

I own a home in the Boston Edison area of Detroit and am looking for a partner to help turn it into an AirBnB or to flip it.  Other partner bailed on me and need to get something going with the property ASAP.  Great compensation for any help provided.  Or even a Realtor to help me get it sold would be great.

We own several apartment buildings in Shaker Square and I need a contractor to get units rent ready for lease.  Any suggestions / referrals / leads would be super helpful!  We are open to sharing equity as well with a contractor interested in having ownership in the multifamily properties long term.
