Partner on a flip or AirBnB perhaps in Boston Edison area of Detroit

I own a home in the Boston Edison area of Detroit and am looking for a partner to help turn it into an AirBnB or to flip it.  Other partner bailed on me and need to get something going with the property ASAP.  Great compensation for any help provided.  Or even a Realtor to help me get it sold would be great.

Hey Stuart, probably not something I'd personally be interested although I invest and am heavily involved in the Detroit market.

Something to consider... if this is truly a large home in Boston Edison flips can be quite tricky. The buyer pool for these is smaller than your typical Detroit neighborhood.
