Can your landlord have you pay the entire water bill in your new lease, when on the prior list they were paying half the cost?This is a section 8 lease. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Thanks Seth. I was looking to purchase a duplex for my first property, and from there a four Plex, and continue stacking up until I'm eventually able to obtain an apartment building. My LTV I guess I am looking for around 80%. What do you think? Thanks for your help and advice.

Thanks Daniel. I was looking to buy a duplex for my first purchase, mainly because of the cash flow. from there I wanted to upscale and buy a four plex, and continue stacking like this until I am able to purchase an apartment building. What do you think would be my best course for financing?
