Also First Capital Bank 20yr ARM @ 4.25% 85% LTV

@Jake Jannise sorry, this is a side question. Trying to buy at foreclosure as well. Haven’t got clarity on payment terms.
How did you pay for the property?
1). Cashiers check? (Who was the payee or did you put yourself as payee and then endorse it over?)
2). Bank verification of certified funds?
3). Cash?
4). Certified check?
Which is the best and easiest method?
