Hi there. I've been a Realtor in L.A. for 20 year and currently own 4 properties here + I've invested & flipped in the past. I'm looking for other like-minded investors to co-invest with me to either flip, rehab+rent or buy income properties with, mostly looking to raise capital but also open to partnerships. Is there muni water? Or is it well or tank water supply? Also, is it on the elec grid? Also, I know several STR owners in JT if you would like to reach out to them.
