Recently, there have been more than several instances of garages being broken into the Chicago Northwest side of the city. Authorities have stated they are targeting properties under construction and development in the middle of the night while no one is there. Just a heads up!

My name is Steve and I am new to real estate investing but not new to real estate. I have been a Realtor for the past 2 years and primarily working with residential buyers and sellers. I am looking to take a dive into the investing side of the business but need some help getting started.

How can I find sellers list such as estate sales, pre-foreclosure list and ta lien lists in the Chicago and surrounding areas?
