Realeflow for me too. It cam highly recommended by a local rehabber that has been gracious enough to meet with me occasionally. He has been using it for years and it integrates nicely with other web assets.

Kenos - not sure about how to go about getting it replaced. Maybe contact the service/attorney who set your stuff up for you to inquire.
Jay, When I sat up my LLC I received a box (basically a nice binder in a box cover) that contained all of my LLC documents a company seal, some stock certificates, etc. Did you receive something like that? I am assuming that is what Kenos is talking about.

I am pretty much in the same boat as you - I have been registered on the site for a few months now but have just decided to actively seek my first property. Congrats on on your first opportunity. Can'y wait to get some traction on one of my offers soon.
