your first meeting is free i actually won my membership fee for first year at a meeting i attended this was a great start for me years ago. There is something about being around like minded individuals who have similar goals and aspirations. This business at it core is about relationships. I have a project I'm working on in university city if you'd like to learn hands on. I just purchased as a whole sale deal last friday.

Ike I appreciate the invite to learn more about the business and for you to show me the ropes of the business. I know how it feels to be around people who don't have the same mindset as I do. Glad I found bigger pockets!

Hey everyone!

My name is Taelor, I'm from Philly and I was wondering if anyone from the Philadelphia area could guide me on the right path on how to start real estate investing. I know for sure I want to flip houses and gradually build a portfolio of rentals as well. Any tips about how to finance projects, what's expected in the business, the type of paper work that is needed, anything to start me on the right path is appreciated.
