Looking for Guidance
Hey everyone!
My name is Taelor, I'm from Philly and I was wondering if anyone from the Philadelphia area could guide me on the right path on how to start real estate investing. I know for sure I want to flip houses and gradually build a portfolio of rentals as well. Any tips about how to finance projects, what's expected in the business, the type of paper work that is needed, anything to start me on the right path is appreciated.

Read all you can find here. J Scott's Book on Flipping is a great learning tool also. I also liked Flipping Houses for Dummies
