very funny! :)

Yeah, they've been doing this to my account for a little while. As an old-school computer nerd, I remember the day when you got to do what ever you wanted with you email and stuff. Today gmail splits your in-coming mail. Who knows what tomorrow will bring! :(

@ Most excellent article Brad. I'm pretty new to the board and have been reading some posters talking about this--after reading this article I'm starting to see what this is about. I liked how your boys are helping people who've made questionable decisions with management jobs and incentives. Are you into mobile home investing Brad?

PS: Thank-you for your service! :)

I agree, great idea. :)

@ I have a marketing degree Matt and now I'm a software developer. When I was in college, I competed in two sports. I got a business degree because there was no way my mother was going to let me leave college without a degree. What can I say, for some people going or not going to college is a option, for other it was/is not. I was one of the-it was not a option.

Stay cool Matt!

:)

I like Bill's answer about Finance. It compliments your real estate business and gives you something to fall back on.

At 16 yrs old, you have a jump on life!

Best of luck

Another thing I would suggest, Ryan, is joining a REIA in your area. There, with what you've accomplished so far (credit rating and cash) you will probably find people to network with; partners to invest with or even contacts for bankers who may not ask for 20% down on your first investment.

With what you're bringing to the table, you may find many, many avenues to get started with!
